Article III. REGISTRATION WITH POLICE DEPARTMENT OF PERSONS CONVICTED OF CERTAIN CRIMES OR ENGAGING IN CERTAIN OCCUPATIONS

§ 10-35. Photographing and fingerprinting of applicant.

Latest version.

At the time of making application for registration and furnishing the information required by section 10-34, the person registering shall be photographed and fingerprinted by the identification officer of the police department or a police officer working under his direction and supervision.
