§ 13-15. Disposal of construction and demolition debris, dirt, stumps, other items not accepted for collection during regularly scheduled bulk trash collection.

  • Debris, such as, but not limited to, lumber, plaster, roofing materials, and concrete, resulting from the demolition, construction, repair or remodeling of any building or appurtenance on private property, auto parts, marine parts, dirt, rocks, sod, tree stumps and tree trunks, limbs and branches over eight (8) inches in diameter or eight (8) feet in length or longer, shall not be accepted for collection during regularly scheduled bulk trash collection. These items will only be removed by the city for a fee as a special pickup at the request of the customer. However, in no circumstances will hazardous or bio-hazardous materials, which may be included in or be a part of the above materials, be picked up.
