§ 14-6. Side setbacks.

All docks, davits or other mooring structures constructed shall conform with side yard setbacks for the zoning district in which located except when city setback requirements are exceeded by other governmental agencies with superior authority and are subject to compliance with Department of Natural Resource regulations, if any apply, or any other applicable governmental agency regulations, including the Department of Natural Resources.

No docked watercraft shall extend beyond such setbacks.
