§ 17-3. Penalty.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of Sections 17-1 and 17-2 shall be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code which provides, inter alia, that the county court may either impose a fine, a sentence of imprisonment for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both.
