§ 21-1. Florida uniform traffic-control law adopted.

  • Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, known as the "Florida uniform traffic-control law," is hereby specifically incorporated within the ordinances of the city. Such law regulates the movement of all vehicular, pedestrian and other traffic upon the streets and highways where the public might have a right to travel, provides definitions, provides for powers to control traffic upon the streets and highways, establishes the applicability of the rules of the road, and establishes a standard of equipment on vehicles and provides for penalties for violations thereof.
