§ 21-74. Expiration and renewal.

Latest version.

The initial license issued under this article shall expire on the first day of October next following the date of issuance. Such license shall be renewed, within sixty (60) days prior to its expiration, by payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00), which renewal license shall be valid for two (2) years.
