§ 4-7. City designated as wildlife sanctuary; hunting, shooting, etc., birds or fur-bearing animals prohibited.

(a)

The city, including all lands within its corporate limits, is hereby dedicated as a wildlife sanctuary and reserve for all birds and fur-bearing animals.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, shoot, kill, trap or in any manner kill or destroy any bird or fur-bearing animal within the corporate limits of the city.
