§ 5-26. Penalties.

Latest version.

Penalties for violation of sections 5-22 through 5-30 of the City Code, including by reference the "minimum standards," shall be provided under Chapter 1, General Provisions, section 1-8, general penalty; continuing violations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oakland Park.
