§ 7-2.2. Penalties for violation of sections 7-2 or 7-2.1.

(a)

Any person violating any provision of sections 7-2 or 7-2.1 shall be punished pursuant to section 1-8.

(b)

Each separate day of operation or use of a commercial vehicle in violation of sections 7-2 or 7-2.1 shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.
