§ 7-8. Soundproofing of poolrooms and bowling alleys operated after midnight.

Any person who shall keep open a room containing billiard or pool tables, or bowling or tenpin alleys for the purpose of playing after 12:00 midnight shall be deemed guilty of an offense, unless the rooms containing billiard tables, pool tables, tenpin or bowling alleys are housed in a soundproof building.
