§ 7-18. Separate license for each location.

  • (a)

    No person shall engage in or manage any business, profession or occupation in this article mentioned, without first obtaining from the city a license for each separate location in the city. A license shall be required to cover each and every business advertised by sign, newspaper, magazine or other form of advertising, and any such sign, newspaper, magazine or other advertisement shall be considered evidence of conducting the business advertised. No license shall be issued to cover more than one (1) location.

    (b)

    Every person having a license shall exhibit same when called to do so by an officer of the city.

    (c)

    All licenses shall be posted in a conspicuous place where they may be seen upon inspection by any official of the city.

    (d)

    Failure to do so shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
