§ 7-69. Required parking spaces.

Each house, building or structure to be used for the public viewing of motion pictures shall provide one (1) parking space for each four (4) seats, or one (1) space for each thirty (30) square feet of public area, whichever is greater; provided, however, provision shall be made for a minimum of one hundred (100) parking spaces.
