Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 8-30. Houses of prostitution.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to keep a house of prostitution within the city.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit any house or portion of a house owned by him or under his control to be used as a house of prostitution in the city.
(c)
It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or enter a house of prostitution for any purpose except to enforce the law.
