§ 9-16. Acceptance of terms of act.

The city does hereby adopt the terms, conditions, requirements, reservations, benefits, privileges and other conditions thereunto appertaining to Tile II of the Social Security Act as amended, for and on behalf of all officers and employees of its departments and agencies to be covered under the agreement authorized by this article.
