§ 9-46. Payments from the trust fund.

Payments shall be made from the trust fund by the trustee to such persons, in such manner, at such times, and in such amounts as the trustee may from time to time determine in writing; provided, however, that the trustee may withhold compliance with or modify its payment determinations if the trustee shall deem such withholding or modification necessary to insure payment of the trustee's expenses or to protect the trustee against liability for taxes or any other liability.
