Article III. REGISTRATION WITH POLICE DEPARTMENT OF PERSONS CONVICTED OF CERTAIN CRIMES OR ENGAGING IN CERTAIN OCCUPATIONS

§ 10-38. Furnishing false information.

It shall be unlawful for any person required to register under this article to furnish any false, untrue or misleading information or statement in connection with such registration.
