§ 13-37. Finality of findings under article.

  • (a)

    A finding of the chief code enforcement officer that a condition in violation of section 13-32 does, in fact, exist shall be final, except for the hearing provided for in section 13-34, and may be subject to review by any court.

    (b)

    Any finding of the code enforcement board under this article with reference to any property shall be final and conclusive.

No. O-86-2, adopted Feb. 5, 1986. Sections 7—9 of Ord. No. O-94-4 renumbered §§ 13-39—13-41 as §§ 13-37—13-39 as herein set out.
